Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great location, tasty breakfast, spacious room.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was nice as well. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was satisfying. The hotel's location was great, just a 10-minute walk from downtown where I could easily access museums, Grand Place, and restaurants.

The heating system had a problem throughout the hotel, causing my room and the rooms of other guests to be overheated. Despite the reception desk's attempt to fix it, they were not successful.

Everything was very clean, decent staff made our stay fairly nice. The continental breakfast for the price was cheap. The location was best possible, within easy walking distance of Or Coffee.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from all the main tourist attractions. we were kinda surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to our room. The hotel facilities were also great, with a delicious breakfast each morning. We particularly appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Public transportation was easily accessible from this hotel.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with several important points and the city center just a short walk away. I also appreciated being in a calm area, away from the hustle and bustle. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our check-in and check-out process smooth. The spacious and bright breakfast room offered an abundant, high-quality breakfast each morning.

Sadly, we didn't have a chance to check out the restaurant or bar because they weren't available.

Great location, comfortable bed and clean room with a decent size. We had a little issue with the shower but the attentive staff quickly resolved it. we had a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

Located in an area with high volume traffic, it is conveniently situated right next to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities provided, including comfortable beds, ensure a pleasant stay.

Convenient location, close to Royal Museum and Grand Place. Clean single room with nice toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would book again.
